New Years Resolution: Become a better blogger.

I haven't blogged in a fair while, and even before then it's never really been constant.

But I decided, if I'm going to bother with a New Years Resolution it should be to become a better, and more constant blogger.

First post (extremely hungover post) on 1st January.

I had a coat, and a scarf on the whole time I was wearing it, explaining the plainess of it... although I think it looks quite nice plain!

What I wore to school...Usually i'd put on grey tights, since it's all mainly black but I didn't have time to search for them in my drawr of tights! I was wearing wellies too, explaining the socks but I decided to take a 2 hour 'nap' before taking pictures... I even put my jacket on for it, but it came out blurry. It's a red trench...

I got my very first peter pan collared item of clothing Thursday! When I say very first, I mean since I was about 4/5...

Anyway, I failed my NAB as you know... and then I've only been 'just' passing everything else... which is really worrying, so i've just been trying to study. Making it my main priority...

For those who don't know what a NAB is:

It's an assessment most subjects have, but you can only sit it twice: so if you fail it the first time, then fail a resit then you automatically fail the exam. It's so pointless. I'll be devistated if I get moved to a lower level D:

I've got a resit wed/thurs, then a completely different NAB on thursday too... Ah just let us be off for christmas already!

Wearing a topshop cardie, and topshop skinny jeans (although you can't see! also got a white top on, but because it wasn't ironed and I was in a rush I just got a belt so it hid the creases!) Belt from primark way back :)

Back to mirror pictures. Self timer picture have gone back to being proper blurry. It's no use. Will have to buy more batteries for the normal camera.

I love love love my new wellies. They fit in well with the current weather! Haha, the only size 6 Office had was those, and they had no size 5's at all! But I quite like them... although a friend said she thought they were Ben 10 wellies at first... nope!

Anyway, I found out I failed a NAB today, so i'm going to go drown my sorrows in Minstrels and my Judaism notes...

Ophelia Lovibond

I watched the film '4.3.2.1' today, and I absoloutely loved it. I've watched it three times today. Yeah. Anyway, one of the lead roles was played by Ophelia Lovibond, and I think she's in London Boulevard? I don't know, I haven't seen it. I think she's going to be one of my new style insperations... plus, I have major love for her hair. Not like it's something 'different' and 'out there' but I do think it's really nice and suits her.

I wanted to do an outfit post, took the pictures and everything, but my laptop wont upload the pictures. Tomorrow. Promisio!

I'm going to be honest: not too fond of this outfit in photographs. Something with my camera, i'm going to have to figure out what's with it. I did have a long deep purple top on under, as this topshop top/dress is really thin and a bit see-through, but I had to take it off hence why you can't see it! I had my coat zipped and buttoned up, scarf, gloves and hat on! Nice and cosy. In the snow. Shopping. Falling.

Dust & diamonds + Moody Model: H&M

My camera is being strange... it made the brown a lot lighter (Dust and Diamonds), and the teal/green (Moody Model) colour a lot more blue looking than it actually is, which is a bit annoying but they're both really nice colours on.

Went shopping yesterday, in the snow, and kept sliding all over the joint. Wellies were sold out, no one had any except kids wellingtons. Gutted.

How cute are my new ear phones.

I'm off to try sort out my camera, I did take pictures of my make up as I did it different to my normal, but they came out really dark and unclear and probably do revision just in case school isn't closed due to snow.

My very own Graze box

I saw a blog post about graze, and it sounded really quite interesting so I ordered myself a box (first box free! including delivery) and i'm really sorry, but if you posted about the graze box, and I commented tell me so I can link you! I just completely forgot who's blog it was.

So, in my GRAZE box I recieved

1. Great fire dragon
roasted maize, jumbo chilli maize & satay broad beans.
I don't really know what to expect with this punnet... but here goes, i'll try everything in it!
Smells really nice, and i'm not sure what everything is so i'll just have to give my overall opinion of the box. Oh wow, I didn't expect it to taste this good but it really does! Some are quite hard though, but worth it!

2. Apple strudel
dried apple, organic apricots & cranberries
To me, it just smelt like raisins; not complaining! Coming from a person who doesn't like cranberries normally, they were actually really good! I could just sit and eat them for ages. I love love love dried apple, and the dried apple from graze was just perfect.

3. Love mix
gorjis, cherries & organic apricots.
It smells gorgeous, tastes amazing. My favourite out of that punnet is definitely the gorjis.

4. The beach
dried banana, pineapple & mango.
Smells quite powerful at first... but it's quite a nice smell. banana's were nice; they werent properly hard like i expected they were sort of.. soft and chewy? As soon as i put a bit of the pineapple in my mouth I was just like 'wow!' it tastes sooo good. I'm not really a fan of mango, and this was really hard to bite a bit off and chew and the flavour wasn't for me. I'll pass on the dried mango!

My favourite punnet has to be the Great fire dragon, although the gorji's from the love mix were my favourite.

Graze packaging is actually just so cute; it comes in a carboard box (which can just slide through the door with the rest of your post, so you don't have to wait in to sign for it!) and is recyled! As is the 'punnets' it comes in, and the napkin!

I really wanted to do some outfit posts, but i had an allergic reaction to anesthetic yesterday morning, so i've been vomitting and the pills im on just make me sleepy so i've not really had the energy. I was gutted I couldn't go to school today as 1) it was non-uniform day and I had already planned what to wear

3) I've got a nab as soon as I go back, but I left my revision stuff in my locker.

Last night, it was the turning on of the christmas lights in my city (Dundee, Scotland) so I was there to do first aid, but I wasn't actually put in the centre, where pretty much everyone was, so there were no casualties... So it was really boring for me, although I made some new friends from the first aid, so that was alright. However a 1 year old fell 3ft out their pram and got rushed to hospital :(
IT RAINED SO MUCH! My first aid kit bag is still soaking, ah didn't enjoy the rain.

Today was alright; I went shopping for fabrics for my top i'm making, and got the families christmas presents... successful day. Came back with £5.21!

Why do girls think it's a good look to have foundation lips? For one, it makes you look sort of dead (unless they also go completely overboard with the blusher to make themselves look like some sort of clown), and it also makes lips look cracked and just completely disgusting. Don't get me wrong, I quite like nude lips sometimes, but not like that. If you're going to do that at least put some sort of colour over it. Not pretty.

My english teacher actually kept me behind yesterday, to ask me if I was okay and stuff... she said I always look so sad and like i'm about to burst out crying, and that made me cry ahha. She then said it upsets her to see me like this, and if I ever need someone to talk to, she's here. It's funny how a teacher can notice things, but your own family and friends wont. **emotional bit over!

It was 20% (or maybe 25%) off sale at Debenhams today, and my gran picked me up after school with my aunt and we went shopping... However my cousins were there - one ran out the shop with a bag i hadn't bought yet to see his brother and the security alarms went off. Good one Rue - and somehow I spent £305 in Topshop... it's funny though, i've only got a few things to show for it. Most of its been kept until christmas though :(

WOMEN, PUT YOUR CAMEL TOES AWAY.

In town today, even in this freezing rain, females ranging from 12-30 had their camel toes out. If you're going to wear jeggins, it'd be best to opt for a long top/a dress. No one wants to see that.

Today, whilst my gran was at church I went shopping as I needed a new coat for school (and boots, but had no luck with those) and I found one - a gorgeous burgendy one. Thing is, it didn't have a hood... so I didn't get it, and instead got this Military Ladder Coat from New Look

Apparently a lot of people have been returning it because the buttons fall off easy, but i'm hoping it's not gonna happen to me as I quite like it. Had to get a size 14 though because in sizes 8+10, i couldn't zip it shut over my boobs, and in 12 I could hardly move. No use!

I got a couple of jumpers for school too since it's all cold now, in a nice burgandy and purple!

I was planning on doing a nail post today but my grans camera just died and it needs batteries, so obviously I can't... There will be a nail post on Tuesday though!

I went out for Halloween last night, just to my friends.. and then a few other places but they were a shambles ahah. I went home quite early though as I had my first aid course which by the way...

I'M NOW A QUALIFIED FIRST AIDER!

It was my last day of training today, and now i'm offcially a qualified first aider! I felt rather proud of myself, so I bought myself Tesco's 98p cookies. Nom.

OH MY SWEET BABY JESUS!

I wrote pure LOADS and none of it 'saved'!? in fact, I went to click 'preview' and all it came up with was pictures. Now I don't actually have time to write it all out again as i've got a test to revise for. I'm so cheesed right now.

- I'm organising a fashion show! I'm so excited! It's to fundraise for a charity called 'Help For Heroes'. Hopefully i'll raise a decent amount of money! I can tell it's gonna be a lot of hard work already.

- I'm back! I have a camera again and everything! Basically the reason I didn't blog for ages because I didn't have a camera, and really needed to do some school work. It's all good now though!

- I love halloween. Most of my friends are going as something slutty - fair enough - but I want to go as Po from the Teletubbies so i'm going in town after school tomorrow to look for an outfit! If all else fails though I'm going as a giant Kit Kat. It's made out of foam. Woop!

- I'm going to be making a dress! It's a part of my Fashion + Textiles project, I can't wait to get started on it! ;p

WOW, i've been 'absent' from the world of blogging for a long time now.
However, on Tuesday my gran gets back from her trip to Australia, so i'll have a camera to take pictures with. Yay! I've got lots of ideas for posts and what not :)

Anyway, basically i've been trying to sort myself out, especially with school. Oh the joys.

My weekdays will be spent in the mental institution, and my week nights will be spent in my room: either revising, doing homework or being a bum on facebook/blogging. Maybe i'll even fit in time for a friend or two! I'm always mega tired when I come home from school... I used to nap but recently I stopped because I could never sleep when I wanted to at night and was always up until 3am.

My weekends will be spent shopping, sleeping and partying.
It sounds like a plan indeed.

Endometriosis + New ideas

Sorry for lack of blogging, it's been pretty poor overall but over the past week i've been pretty ill - docs think i've got endometriosis and then i've got no appetite at all making me ill. It's all pretty crap, but since I was off school all last week i've been catching up this week.

We talk of change, but what do we do about it?
I don't want to be at school; doing subjects I don't like and i'm failing at. I need a change, for my own health. I'm not happy. I talk of change, but it never happens - but the one time I do try change I get knocked back. I'm still so angry at my gran saying I can't go to college.

I've got some new ideas for my blog too, mainly doing some beauty posts, blogger of the week, increasing my outfit posts - I don't want to say too much at the moment.

Tomorrow: three outfits.

In my last post, I said I got accepted in to college to do fashion marketing (which then after doing my HNC/D would take me to my 3rd year of uni) but my gran wont let me go. I'm so angry. Anyway!

The last couple weeks i've been back at school have been really busy, far too much homework and I'm trying to get in to college (college already started so it's doubtful) to do events management.

Hey my lovelies, I know I basically JUST did something like this but being at school I don't really wear clothes. Well I do, but it's a uniform.. trousers, shirt tie and cardie/jumper.

Hey! I went to Glasgow today for a shopping trip, and bought loooadss of new stuff! But haven't taken pictures of them yet.

This is what I wore:

Topshop lacey/floral body, topshop mustard coloured cardie and a skirt from Zara. I also wore my workerboots but by the time I got home I kicked my boots off cause my feet hurt haha so they didn't make it to picture time.

I'm losing my favourite game...

I was actually pretty disapointed. I did better than I thought in some places, but others... wow, I totally could have done better if I had bothered to revise more. I'm pretty disapointed in myself!

As no one really understands the scottish grading system, i'll put it in to english grades...:

My 5yr old cousin just handed me a card and chocolates for doing my exams, I almost cried a lil! Feeling a little bit sensitive today!

Anyway, soon i'll find out when I have to go to school to change all my classes, so I basically need to decide what I wanna do for a career. So i'm gonna google lots of jobs in fashion, and medicine.

Hey m'lovers!
I'm feeling this is gonna be a pretty boring post. I had another one planned, but I wanted to do this. So I am.

I get my exam results on Thursday. I'm extremely scared, I think I might have to flee the country with my bad results! :( But I realised.. I took 0 subjects to do with fashion. Not that there was anything but art but still. I also didn't want a career in fashion until around a year ago - I wanted to be a dietician.
My exam result face
Last year I took-
Standard grades (GCSE); English, Math, Religion + philosophy, Health and food technology, Geography, German, Biology and Chemistry.
When I go back in august, I'm taking English, Math, Religion+ philosophy, health and food technology (all at higher levels) and fashion and textiles.

Today, i'm reading up on all these careers in fashion. There's soo many careers in fashion! Argh! Im just trying to sort things out, so I'm on the right path. But there's not much choice at my school... just basic subjects.

HOWEVER I MIGHT BE GETTING MY TATTOO VERY VERY SOON!
aaaahhh i'm so excited! My mum said she'd let me get one (don't live with her or see her) so that's good if I decided to see her but I want to go with my dad.. 'cause I get a free holiday if I go see my dad too so it's like a big bonus :D

I know most people will hate this, but I don't care... I love it.

I bought this in Spain for 3 euro, and it's a relitively bright purple with some stars on it. It has the stars on the bum too.

Things are sort of weird for me at the moment. But my gran bought me 2 chocolate cakes to cope haha!

I went in town today.. didn't really get a chance to go to the shops 'cause my friend Mike just wanted mcdonalds so I went and had a McChicken Sandwich meal AND a cheese burger, it was amazing.
I also tried to push him in to a bush when we were walking back off the bus, but ended up falling in myself and grazing my poor arm :(

But tonight, I blog some more since I have literally no money and my friends are all going to the cinema, and I'll watch some Charmed. I love Charmed.

I guess this is a bit of a rant but... Isn't it annoying when people just comment for the sake of it? It's not like they even say anything about the outfit. Just a 'thanks for the comment' which I guess is fair enough but a bit of a time waste you could just state your opinion but whatever...

I had a 16th last night (waiting on someone sending me a picture of my outfit) then I went camping.. but the police showed up so me and my friend left everyone and went back to hers.

Sooo today was alright. Didn't really do much. In fact i've done nothing...

This is what I wore to my aunts 30th.
My outfit was very last minute, we were meant to dress up 80's but I ordered an outfit from ebay and it didn't even turn up!? aahh bad times. Was a really good night actually... but you should never have to see your aunt dance on tables and 'dance' with boys just a few years older than you ;)

P.S. Toy Story 3 is amazing.

Hey there. I'm back! There was a million issues with passwords! Was a nightmare! Howeverrrr, i'm back with lots of outfit posts, and some beauty posts too! I'm gonna be working on a few tonight to ensure even if I'm busy (long distance boyfriend comes for 2 weeks YAYAYAY) i'll still be able to post. It has been faaaaar too long :(

My self timer on this nikon is so weird ... it makes my pictures all blurry?! It's so confusing. My little one I usually use isn't working cause of the lense or soemthing.

The picture on the Topshop website does this cardie no justice. It's far more gorgeous in person! Well I call it a cardie, topshop call it a blouse...

I love these hareems. They're really nice on. Love the fabric too.

I love this so much. Impossible to wear a bra with though which i'm usually not comfortable without... but it is really supportive so it's okay.

A new topshop opened in Dundee (sort of near edinburgh if you're not familiar with Scotland) and my god it's so sexy. I went in and first thing I said was "Crappacus, this is fucking sexy." then later I dragged my gran in and we went halves on my outfit for the wedding saturday. Spent way over £200 and considering I only just got my allowance thats so bad ahah. I need a job. Anyone offering?!

but i dropped my camera earlier and the lense thing wont come out when i press on and makes a noise like its grinding something?! it's just my plain samsung digital one.

All the maxi-dresses i've tried on are SO long. I know the point of them is to be long but to the point i'm tripping over them... no. But I really want one.

How do you pronounce Hareems? When talking about them with friends we all pronounce it differently?!

Anyway, when in Barcelona I spotted these GORGEOUS hareems. They were a really nice print, brown and yellow... so much better than it sounds. I bought them. Then about an hour later we went back to the same market place and there was these patched hareems, of all different colours and patterns. So I swapped - they cost me 5 euro more!

But I totally regret it now. I would be able to wear the brown and yellow sooo much more.

But the hareems I bought look best with a chunky brown belt, and brown gladiator heels - that I borrowed from my friend - but i don't have at home. So here they are. Worn as a jumpsuit too.

It's 10.15pm and i'm sooo tired already so it's just a really quick post with holiday pics! Hopefully a proper outfit post tomorrow - but i've got an essay due in I haven't even started so possibly not!

Volleyball was great! I really improved and we had a spanish coach named COCO who couldn't speak english so he pretty much made hand gestures all the time and we had to guess what he meant.

It was awesome though! But then I fucked up my hand. I may have broken my finger bad times, this was it the night I done it, it's soo much worse now :( :

i couldn't play vollleyball after that, or go bowling! Let down! But it was amazzing.

Due to my factor 50 suncream, I did not get sunburn! Or a tan...

I know I said i'd try post every day but I had no idea how busy i'd be! My bad!

Anyway, still no outfit post as i've packed up my camera and all my memory cards for spain! I'm going tonight! Well tomorrow since it's 1.45 we leave my town and 8.30am the flight is at...

I really wanted to post a picture of what we all have to wear to the airport! But then I don't think i'd have time cause i've still got 101 things to do :(

There was a mix up with my sizes so instead of getting small tshirts and small trousers I got medium sized tshirts and trousers!
The tshirts are FAR too big, and to get the trousers to normal legnth i have to roll them up SEVEN times. Bad times.

I've got to wear;
- black joggers (with school name down the side and initials)
- White polo with volleyball logo + initals
- Hoodie with volleball logo + initials.

We're gonna arive in spain in the afternoon so we will be sweating buckets in tthat!

Sorry for the lack of posts! I can't wait to get back to blogging 'cause i'm gonna start doing beauty posts and other things!

Today, I set the fire alarm off in church when they were doing a prayer upstairs. I was making bread for the kids. My bad.
THEN I WENT SHOPPING ;D

I'm going to spain in 2 weeks with my volleyball team, and we're playing in a tournament and doing other sporty things (HAHA me and sport don't go too well) so i had to buy stuff that was ... sport appropriate. Like plain shorts and tshirts... but i couldn't help but get my gran to buy me a few nicer things :P

Finished exams! :D except from one... but thats not until 8th June :D

When I wear heels, the camera cuts off my feet... it's so annoying. It's not even like the heels even make me really tall - 5ft4 these ones make me.

Layered a long sleeved tshirt with a vest top, and added a jacket i've had for aages! + I'm wearing my Harems here which i origonally only bought for a dance competition :)

The green stuff on my arm just wont come off. It's my candidate number aha. + I just wore my hair up today in a messy pony tail :)

I had my religious studies exam today... it went really bad :( But I went and saw my teacher after + he said even if I didn't get the grade I need he'll still take me for higher ;D yaay!

But I used to reckon i was a 'scene kid' and thought i'd show you the amaingly beautiful photos of me from back then (13/14? i'm the one with the disgusting hair and green skinny jeans ahah too bad you can't see my ridiculous ammount of eyeliner) and a photo of my new rings! Also some pointless pictures I have, mainly old pictures just to fill up the space 'cause I feel bad for having like no outfit posts lately.

I've got 3 second prelims this week (they're like mocks) and i only found out about one of them today. I've been studying a lot for my final exams that start next week, and need to get a credit pass in them all if i want to take them next year, so its pretty important.

So, my blogging has gone downhill, my bad!

Next week I go on study leave, which will give me time to blog properly.

I'm going to try update tomorrow as i've got a biology prelim to study for tonight, but on thursday i've got math AND chemistry. two of my weakest subjects, dammnit!

EDIT; I actually had a long layered chain necklace on, and lots of cute bracelets but the necklace sort of disintergrated because of hairspray basically exploding in my bag and i just forgot about the bracelets today! Sorry.

I had nothing to photograph yesterdays outfit with, so I put it back on for a quick photograph! But yesterday, it was really quite warm so I went out with my friends to the beach, and we had a little picnic... but the tide was in so we sat on the benches by the playpark, and probably looked like paedophiles because of all the children. This outfit looks waaay better in person.

Then today, I just went out to biology study support for an hour or so, then came home and slept the day away. I've been given numerous awards, and will do a post on them tomorrow :)

I'm not sure if you can see the ripping detail on the side of my white tshirt that I added myself? And the last pictures are of my bag if you couldn't tell! :)

Hey! So today, I went to religious ed. easter study class, and then shopping for tight. Unfortunately, I couldn't actually find many good quality tights. BUT, these beautys caught my eye in Primark, for only £2. I also got a denim vest in Primark! And the blue flower headband (on wrist) from H&M.

I've been inspired by http://rockgeorgiaroll.blogspot.com/ to show you what lives in my bag! Phone, iPod, scarf, notebook, creme egg, mickey mouse shortbread, keys, purse; youngscot card, bus pass, money, cheques, NI card, unused gym membership + a makeup bag with makeup + nailpolish and holds my creme egg and bracelet. I also have a knitted chicken...

This first outfit was worn today, to pick my cousin up from his dance workshop + go get food from the co-op. I wear this all the time, because I love the oversized grey sweatshirt, and the grey + white striped long top underneath. I wear it with a black skirt (like shown) or black skinnys, with grey ankle boots. All samey colours but its soo comfy.

Second outfit? Just something I saw in my wardrobe + decided to take a picture of. I got it last year, and i've probably only worn it once... I don't really like the shoes either, but they matched the ribbon + are super comfy.

One is a picture of me aaages ago in Australia, and the other is how i'm gonna look when I'm old. Lovely, right?

Happy Easter if you celebrate it!
So, it's my easter break and it will be filled with revision classes. And just plain Revision. Maybe one or two days of shopping, sleeping and ofcourse, blogging.

This is what I wore to church (i actually only went for the creme eggs, but apparently i'm too old to hunt for eggs now..) + I wore navy/blue tights with my boots in the last post.

OH i forgot to say; i felt the skirt + top was a bit too girly for me, so i added a plaid shirt under a jacket, but not sure you can see it too well? Sorry!

Another saturday, another careless move

Today it was non-uniform day at my school, and I was running late and I literally picked the first things I saw in my wardrobe, and the shoes from my floor. It was a good day, last day of term always drags on.
Plain skinny trousers/jeans from H&M, dress/tshirt from Topshop a few years back, denim shirt from Primark same with blazer. My legs look lumpy for some strange reason.

So tonight, in order to save money I thought i'd stay in + relax watching rush hour 1,2 + 3, read a few magazines and check out some more blogs. I love my stitch jumper! + my mickey mouse jumper... goes perfectly with my minnie mouse hairband/ears.

P.S. Still not got my camera problem sorted. :(

Argh! My camera is being silly and making all picures on self-timerd + 'far' away all dark and really quite blurry, so i've had to take an almost full legnth picture of my outfit with my webcam. So it's rubbish quality! and it cut off my poor feet.

So yeah, reallly sorry for the bad post today. I'll get my old camera back if I can't work out how to fix my new one :)
P.S. yaay slowly but surely getting some followers... I haven't mentioned this blog to my friends yet.

I don't think I have a particular style. I don't buy or wear things just because they're "in fashion". I'll wear what I like, not what I think others may like.

The first outfit is from when I went shopping with a friend, which definitely did not photograph well but you can still see quite clearly what I'm wearing. The second is from last Saturday when I went out with a few of my girls for my 16th :)
